How it works

From first call to first load in four steps

No portals to wrestle and no voicemail to chase. Just a clear process and a team that owns it.

  1. 1

    Talk.

A 15-minute call. Equipment, home base, lanes you like, lanes you hate, and the number you need to clear per mile.

  2. 2

    Paperwork.

Dispatch agreement, MC letter, insurance certificate, W-9, factoring details. Most carriers finish in a day or two.

  3. 3

    Load options.

We send you the best-paying loads that fit your numbers. You say yes or no. No pressure, no forced dispatch.

  4. 4

    We handle the rest.

Rate negotiation, rate confirmation review, check calls, detention and layover follow-up, and invoices to your factor.

FAQ

Questions drivers ask us

What does a truck dispatcher do?

A dispatcher finds loads for your truck, negotiates the rate with brokers, reviews the rate confirmation, books the load once you approve it, and handles follow-up like check calls and detention claims.

How much does a truck dispatcher charge?

Most dispatch services take a percentage of the load's gross linehaul, commonly 6% to 8% of the load's gross, and a few charge a flat fee per load. Our standard rates are 6% to 8%, and during launch you pay 2 points less (4% to 6%), depending on equipment and authority age. Both are listed on the pricing page.

Do I have to take the loads you send?

No. You approve every load. If you pass, we keep looking.

Can I use you with a new MC number?

Yes. New authority pays 5% at launch (7% standard) while you build broker history, and we pick loads that clear your break-even.

Do I need to sign a long contract?

No. There's no long-term contract and no minimum term. You sign a short dispatch agreement so everything is in writing, and you can stop any time.
